Once that's completed, we'll build your personalized training and nutrition plan and reach out to officially welcome you into the program.

You'll also be added to a private group text with Yousef and Chris where you'll receive ongoing support, submit your weekly check-ins, ask questions, and stay accountable throughout the entire 12 weeks.
